The state of Kansas recently approved the Kansas Economic Growth Act, which established the Kansas Biosciences Authority that will generate over $580 million in revenue for the development of the biosciences industry over the next 15 years.
The state of Missouri recently approved the Missouri Quality Jobs Act that provides a new incentive program for the creation of high-skilled jobs by offering companies quarterly cash pryments of up to five precent of new taxable payroll based upon their new payroll investment.
